Share a Custom Region
Custom Regions can easily be shared with other users. To do so, click the "Copy custom region" icon in the View My Regions menu.
Then, enter the email address of the user who you want to share the custom region with. When you click send, it will share the Custom Region you have created with that PolicyMap user. The user will be notified via email, and the Custom Region will automatically appear in the user's View My Regions menu and Saved Work folder.
If you wish to share the custom region with multiple users, you will need to separately send the custom region to each individual user.
